 (Both Air-Conditioned facilities) The First Floor Cardiovascular Gym has treadmills, steppers, crosstrainers, cycles and rowers.
The state of the art Power-Plate machine - this revolutionary piece of equipment boasts that 3x12 minute work outs burns more fat and creates more muscle than 3½ hours of conventional training!!
The use of the Power-Plate is included in the gym charge.

Aerobics Studio
 Next door to the Cardio-Vascular Gym is our purpose-built Aerobics Studio with sprung floor, full-height mirrors and air conditioning.
The aerobics studio is home to a high range of fitness classes including Step, Bodyjam, Yoga and Beginners' Aerobics.
Bar And Lounge
In the Lounge you will find our cafe serving a wide variety of hot or cold drinks and confectionery, which you can enjoy whilst perhaps watching your children or grandchildren playing in the pool.
We also have a licensed bar which is open in the evenings. Outside is a well-equipped childrens' playground next to the rose garden.

Our Leisure Centre comprises of a swimming pool, 3 squash courts, 2 Air-Conditioned gyms, sauna, solarium and an Air-Conditioned aerobics room.
2 glass-backed courts, 1 enclosed court. Visitors can book peak-time courts after 9 a.m. on the day the court is required and in advance for off-peak times (off-peak times are Monday - Friday 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. and weekends)
