Yoga

This class is designed to stretch your body, relax and balance your mind.

Waterobics

Energetic warm water based exercise. Due to the water resistance any exercise movement performed gives twice the benefit of the same exercise on land.

Aquamobility

Water based gentle exercise for persons with arthritis, rheumatism or other joint problems. Gain great benefits with this session, ideal for ante/post natal clients. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you.

Billy's Body Blitz

Aerobic exercise for all fitness levels incorporating body toning with step, hand weights and other equipment. (Gym induction required).

Billy's Body Tone

Excercise with light hand-held weights.
